It's okay but not what I expected

This piece is not a toy. Toys are things you play with and interact with. This isn't a toy. It's a display piece. (The whole "toy" categorization is a slightly annoying Amazon quirk.) As a display piece, this item has a surprising, satisfying weight because it's a heavy resin instead of cheap plastic and the foreground details are nice. However, I was disappointed to find that the background portion - Jack and his friends - is nothing more than a glossy picture glued onto the piece. I found that less than thrilling and, for the price, felt it was a bit of a cheat. I had wrongly assumed that Jack and company were sculpted bas-relief onto the background, but alas!, no. I'd be reluctant to recommend this piece unless you're willing to accept that it's basically nothing more than a very glossy picture of Jack and company in a three dimensional frame.
